Our globally renowned and successful client in Bridgend is seeking an experienced Customer Account Executive to join their friendly team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers wishing to place new or repeat orders of a large range of stock items and will deal effectively with all customer enquiries regarding pricing, delivery, payment, and future orders. You will proactively build strong relationships with customers to ensure a first-class service is always provided.
The role will initially be based remotely working from home, however the company do plan to bring everyone back to the office soon, so ideally candidates will have good access to Bridgend.
Obtaining relevant customer information through appropriate communication channels.
Proactive and reactive contact, using appropriate techniques to fully understand the customer's needs.
Finding solutions for customers and giving them best advice regarding services, products, and contracts.
Working in partnership with internal and external teams to discuss individual customer needs.
Taking orders and being confident to flag account balances that need paying prior to sending out orders.
Updating everything digitally, ensuring correct content, accurately and within a compliant manner.
Dealing with complaints and queries in a timely, professional, and effective manner.The Person:
Previous experience of working in a target driven, customer facing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Excellent digital skills.
Good organisational skills.
Able to work to targets and deadlines and result driven.
Excellent telephone etiquette and comfortable with speaking with customers over the phone.
Self-motivated, Self-Starter & flexible in approach.
