Cordant People are currently recruiting for Permanent Customer Retention's & Technical Sales Administrator to join our clients expanding team based in the Swansea area.
Working hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hour weeks)
The responsibilities and Duties of the Technical Sales Administrator are but not limited to:
The Technical Sales Administrator role will work with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers. (First point of contact).
New Customer relationship for developing FMP and FMS activities with new and equally existing customers.
New Customer enquiries will be processed in this role. This will include the sending of proposals, product info etc completing all the standard paperwork, for processing by the Order Processing Team.
Follow up calls will be actioned after shipping and invoicing of orders within a 48-hr window. The FMP service will then be discussed using the broader CRM follow up call.
Sales Admin element of role specifically:
Responding to inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers in a timely and professional manner: Providing presales and post-sales support.
Recording all details within Salesforce. Managing the Sales Pipeline and key accounts within Salesforce.
Proactively preparing quotes, logging of data and forecasting sales within Sales Force.
Liaise with Finance regarding credit status checks.
Action Orders received in a timely professional manner, to ensure that the Customer’s needs are understood, and expectations met or exceeded.
Delivering value through service knowledge/expertise.
Skills / Qualifications Required:
Excellent organisational skills and strong IT skills.
A Solid Admin Sales background
Strong communication skills. Understanding and selling to customer’s needs.
Sales Skills and commercial awareness
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Attention to detail
Sound Judgement and good business sense
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Resilience and tenacity
Telephone skills essential
